At Muffy Maid we utilize digital means to transact. When you book a service with us we place a card on file and it won’t be charged until the morning of service. We are okay with pets being in the home at the time of the cleaning. We love pets! At the time of service for a more efficient cleaning we do recommend putting your pet away in a safe place where they are safe.

To keep your cleaning consistent, we try to send the same professionals to your home each cleaning. Only under special circumstances we may not be able to send your regular cleaner. For most appointments we send two professionals, however there are some jobs that will require more cleaners or that can be done with one cleaner. If for any reason you have concerns with your current professional, please give us a call so that we may come up with a solution.

When you book service with Muffy Maid we will provide you a 2-3 hour time window for arrival. We do understand each home needs individualized attention which makes it hard to give an exact time of arrival.

Being green cleaning company we have a pledge to do better in the community and protect the environment. We use microfiber washable towels and we do refill our bottles of solutions instead of buying new ones. Also we use solutions that are not harsh and safe for your family and pets.

No, Most of our customer may not be home at the time of service. They do provide us a spare key or the garage code, this way our insured cleaners have entry.

Prior to our cleaning professionals arrive to your home. It is best to tidy up and pick up any clothing or toys. Also be sure to find a place to put your pet while we clean to be sure they are safe.

If for any reason you need to reschedule your recurring appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. If you wish to skip a cleaning due to illness or emergency reasons you may. Skipping more than 2 cleanings or more in a row will adjust the price of your next cleaning to the one-time price. If we notice that you are consistently skipping cleanings your recurring frequency and pricing may also be adjusted.
